A papermaking forming mesh (1) for specialty paper, the papermaking forming mesh comprising a paper forming layer (10), a machine layer (14) and a connection layer (12) connecting the paper forming layer (10) and the machine layer (14), the forming mesh (1) is formed by interweaving polyester monofilaments or nylon monofilaments by means of 50 pieces of heald frames, and the forming mesh (1) comprises a plurality of minimal texture units, and each minimal texture unit comprises warps (102, 142) consisting of 50 strands of polyester monofilaments and wefts (100, 120, 122, 140) consisting of 30 polyester monofilaments or nylon monofilaments. Further disclosed is papermaking equipment (2) having the above papermaking forming mesh (1). The above papermaking forming mesh (1) improves the flatness of the paper forming layer (10) and the fiber support index.
