Evidence-based evaluation of heating and cooling energy consumption

According to an aspect of the present invention, a method for evaluating heating and cooling energy consumption in a building based on an evidence comprises the steps of: distinguishing a group representing a normal pattern from a group representing an abnormal pattern to exclude abnormal data; separating energy consumption for each purpose; normalizing energy data; analyzing an energy pattern based on monthly weather information and monthly heating and cooling energy consumption information; drawing the average using time of a heating and cooling facility system; surveying a pleasant level for heating and cooling through a web-based occupant survey; and suggesting an evaluation index of heating, cooling, and base energy consumption.
