The present invention relates to a three-dimensional printing device for preventing deformation of an output due to residual stress and a three-dimensional printing method using the same. According to the present invention, a three-dimensional printing method using a three-dimensional printing device of a powder material melting method, comprises the following steps of: receiving a design drawing and printing process information on a product to be produced; calculating residual stress generated in a product outputted according to the received design drawing and printing process information; predicting a deformation amount between a product of the design drawing and an outputted product by using the calculated residual stress and the printing process information; correcting the design drawing by changing design information on the product in the design drawing according to the predicted deformation amount; and outputting the product by using the powder material melting method according to the corrected design drawing and the printing process information. According to the present invention, since deformation of an output due to residual stress by a laser before outputting a product with a 3D printer is predicted and corrected in advance, it is possible to accurately output the product in a shape desired by a user. Accordingly, it is possible to omit a process of confirming deformation with an output of a product, thereby improving not only the quality of a 3D printing product but also the production process efficiency.
