Disclosed are a cultivating device for sprout peanuts and a cultivating method for sprout peanuts using the same. According to the present invention, the cultivating device for sprout peanuts comprises: a peanut base plate on which a sprout peanut is cultivated; a container unit having an internal space in which a plurality of peanut base plates are stacked; a photovoltaic power generation unit installed on the roof of the container unit and generating electrical energy and thermal energy from solar heat; a container heating unit for adjusting the internal temperature of the container unit by using the electrical energy and thermal energy generated in the photovoltaic power generation unit; a moving spray unit moving inside the container unit and spraying water toward the peanut base plate; and a control unit for controlling operations of the container heating unit, the moving spray unit, and a device for supplying ultraviolet rays toward sprout peanuts by using electrical energy and thermal energy generated by the photovoltaic power generation unit, and adjusting the temperature and humidity of the container unit.
