The present invention relates to an apparatus to make an imprint souvenir, which makes an imprint souvenir having a souvenir pattern imprinted on a front surface and having an ID mark imprinted on a rear surface to provide integrated information including tourism information about the souvenir pattern, and enables a user to use the ID mark imprinted on the rear surface of the imprint souvenir in order to acquire various information about the corresponding imprint souvenir; and a tourism portal site operation system using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus to make an imprint souvenir comprises: a rolling unit performing imprinting on front and rear surfaces of an object to be pressed; a handle unit rotated in first and second directions; a selected pattern display unit rotated by being selectively interlocked with the rolling unit; and a power transmission assembly transferring rotational power for rotating the selected pattern display unit and the rolling unit.
