The present invention relates to a system utilizing carbon dioxide of flue gas captured by cold heat of liquefied natural gas. According to the present invention, liquefied natural gas is re-gasified by using heat of flue gas while gaseous carbon dioxide included in the flue gas is collected as solid state dry ice. The collected dry ice is utilized for mining natural gas.
