Academic Affairs Management System and Method for Recognizing Talent and Career Based Credits and System for Providing Talent Donate Bank Service

Disclosed are a system and a method for university graduate management which can award talent recognition credits, career recognition credits or talent and career recognition credits recognizing talents and careers together, and a system for providing a talent donation bank service using the same. The method for university graduate management is connected to a user terminal, an association institution or a talent donation bank service server via a network, recognizes talents or careers of users as credits, and comprises: a step of acquiring talent, career or talent and career university graduate information and talent donation-related information; a step of monitoring talent or career function situations of career, talent or talent and career university graduates based on the talent donation-related information; a step of checking preset donation conditions after degrees are granted for degrees in talent, career, or talent and career university graduates or credits for talent, career or talent and career subjects required for degrees, and checking talent, career or talent and career donation scores accumulated to corresponding university graduates during a preset period; and a step of canceling the credits or the degrees if the donation scores of the university graduates are lower than a reference score within the preset donation conditions as a result of the checking.
