RIVER ECOLOGICAL RESTORATION FACILITIES CONSIDERING RIVER WATER LEVEL AND GEOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF SEDIMENTS INSTALLATION AND UTILIZATION

According to the present invention, a river ecology restoring facility comprises: a river bank installed across a river to store river water of the river; and a plurality of well-type banks installed upstream from the river bank to store the river water of the river or underground water. The river bank and the well-type banks are installed to have upper heights lower than that of the water level of the river in a normal season. The river bank and the well-type banks are installed to have lower depths on bedrock underneath sediment. If the river ecology restoring facility is used, river water can always flow at all points in the river in a rainy season and a normal season by the river bank installed by lowering the upper height thereof to the river level in the normal season to prevent ecological environmental problems such as algal bloom. The lower end of the river bank is installed on the bedrock by excavating the sediment to store the river water or underground water in the well-type banks to use the water in a drought.
