The present invention relates to a concrete monolithic placement type construction method of an insulating material and, more specifically, relates to a concrete monolithic placement type construction method of an insulating material with a four side inserting type moisture movement hole for preventing point and linear thermal bridges, which prevents point thermal bridges caused by a fixing member such as a form tie and a slate nail to fixate an insulating material or a mold and linear thermal bridges caused by a leakage of bonding mortar as a flat plate insulating material is used, and further, prevents deformation of the shape of the insulating material, caused by direct sunlight.
