The present invention relates to a vaccine composition comprising multiple bovine viral diarrhoea virus (BVDV) vaccine strains and a method of preventing or treating BVDV infection disease using the same. To be specifically, the present invention relates to the method of preventing BVDV infection, comprising at least two BVDV vaccine strains which have different genotypes, harvested by a serially passaged culture at a renal cell of a bovine or the vaccine composition for treating BVDV infection and the method of preventing or treating BVDV infection disease using the vaccine composition.
