The present invention relates to lotus/curry rice noodle and cold noodle instant food products, which enables a user to easily ingest an effective component of a lotus, and to a preparing method thereof. According to the present invention, a composition of the cold noodle instant food product comprises: 45 wt% of rice flour; 5 to 7 wt% of starch; 1 wt% of buckwheat flour; 1.5 to 4.5 wt% of lotus leaf and root powder; 2 to 4 wt% of curry powder; 0.1 to 1 wt% of refined sa and balanced water with respect to the total weight.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
