A strain producing high level of fusaricidin with improved safety and the method for preparing the strain

In the present invention, a nonribosomal peptide synthase gene (PPE_02361) described in SEQ ID NO: 1, a bacteriocin synthase gene (PPE_04953) described in SEQ ID NO: 2, and a polyketide synthase gene (PPE_03011) described in SEQ ID NO: 3 are inactivated in a Paenibacillus polymyxa strain. Through the elimination of foreign antibiotic resistant genes, which are factors lowering the safety of the strain, fusaricidin can be safely produced with high productivity and high purity, thereby being used in agricultural antibiotics, plant disease resistance inducers, and other various fields.
