The present invention relates to a sauce used to make spicy marinated crabs. The present invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a sauce for a spicy marinated crab. A first sauce is manufactured as sugar, red pepper paste, red pepper powder, a starch syrup, a nicely aged soy sauce, and an oriental medicine ingredient obtained by heating oriental medicine herbs are mixed. An agricultural ingredient obtained as various agricultural products are dried and ground, ginger juice, garlic juice, and salt are mixed into the first sauce. Schisandra fruit is added into the first sauce to remove the odor and unpleasant taste of the soy sauce and the fish taste of the crabs by unique flavor and unique taste of the schisandra fruit and also make the taste capable of exciting a food texture and providing the positive effects of oriental medicine herbs and rich nutrition which the agricultural product has. Also, the oriental medicine ingredient is preserved without using MSG, so users can obtain the positive effects of the oriental medicine herb. Also, the red pepper powder and other ingredients are added in a manufactured oriental medicine herb infusion and mixed with the agricultural product, so the unique flavor of the oriental medicine herb can be reduced, and the unique fishy taste of the crab can be removed when the chili pepper and schisandra fruit are added.
