摘要

The present invention relates to a method for improving a piezoelectric transformer internal electrode fusing mask to improve productivity of a 2W-class contour type step-down piezoelectric transformer. According to the present invention, in a conventional process of manufacturing a contour type piezoelectric transformer, a green sheet is manufactured through a tape-casting process using powder which is a raw material, as slurry. Thereafter, an internal electrode is applied on the manufactured green sheet, and the method proposed by the present invention is different from a conventional method for an internal electrode fusing mask. According to a conventional mask design method, a forward arrangement is used for visibility and accuracy. However, according to the conventional invention, an empty space is positioned between one internal electrode and the next internal electrode of a cutting blade, such that waste of materials is caused and also, the number of cutting times is increased. Therefore, a plurality of piezoelectric transformer internal electrodes can be cut by one cutting by attaching a cutting edge of all internal electrodes, and the cutting process efficiency can be maximized by minimizing raw materials wasted in a space therebetween.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
