The present invention relates to an armor piercing bullet and an armor piercing cartridge having the same, wherein the armor piercing bullet comprises: a bullet cover having a bullet core accommodation space therein; a bullet front end core provided with a tungsten carbide-based alloy in a front end portion in the bullet cover; and a bullet rear end core provided to perform a role of supplementing a weight in the rear of the bullet front end core in the bullet cover.
