According to the present invention, an aircraft flight instrument training device comprises: a support unit provided with a support plate facing the ground; a flight instrument unit equipped with a flight instrument including an altimeter which displays the flight altitude of an aircraft and a vertical speed indicator which displays the speed of ascending and descending of the aircraft; a posture control unit coupled to one side of the flight instrument unit so as to control the posture of the flight instrument unit as an aircraft flight posture to be simulated; a suspension unit supporting the flight instrument unit from the lower portion of the support plate in the direction of the ground in order to change the posture of the flight instrument unit depending on the control of the attitude control unit; and a pressure supply unit supplying pressure to the altimeter and the vertical speed indicator so that an actual flight altitude and ascending/descending speed corresponding to the aircraft flight posture are displayed on the altimeter and the vertical speed indicator, wherein the pressure supply unit changes or maintains the pressure supplied to the altimeter and the vertical speed indicator while operating in conjunction with the posture change of the flight instrument unit. The present invention is very convenient and realistic to learn the characteristics of the flight instruments mounted on an actual aircraft and the operational status in flight conditions on the ground even if the actual flight is not performed.
