The present invention relates to a street lamp arm bar fixing apparatus which stably fixes an arm bar by welding the same in a state in which the arm bar is inserted into an arm bar fixing member and maintains a state of being apparently good and clean by not showing a trace caused by the welding or a pattern generated by high heat. The street lamp arm bar fixing apparatus comprises: a light pole supporting member (100) supported by a light pole (10); an arm bar fixing member (200) which is formed on the light pole supporting member (100) into which the arm bar (20) is inserted, and which is fixed to support an outer circumferential surface; and a coupling member (300) coupling the light pole supporting member (100) to the light pole (10), wherein the arm bar fixing member (200) communicates with the light pole supporting member (100) and protrudes toward the rear side.
