The present invention relates to a flocculant composition for treating sewage and wastewater with enhanced water treatment efficiency and a method for manufacturing the same. In the case of using the flocculant according to the present invention, floc which is larger and harder is formed even when a small amount of the flocculant is added compared with conventionally used polychlorinated aluminum and aluminum sulfate, thereby enhancing the water treatment efficiency. At the same time, granularity such as SS and turbidity as well as solubility can be remarkably reduced in the wastewater containing soluble phosphorous, nitrogen, fluorine and the like, thereby reducing the sludge volume to enable stable water treatment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
