In the present invention, instead of using a current humidifier for adjusting the humidity of the room, it is possible to give the same effect as that of the humidifier by using only a water towel. When the humidity is raised by a conventional humidifier, the bacteria are sprayed and there is a risk of infection. In addition, since there is a management inconvenience, it is difficult for ordinary people to purchase and use a humidifier at a high price. To solve the above-described problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a wet tower humidifier capable of providing a natural humidification effect instead of a conventional humidifier having many defects, and thus humans can enjoy a comfortable life by controlling humidity. In the present invention, a water towel is wound around a towel rack (1) attached to a towel hook attachment plate (2) and used as a humidifier. The towel rack (1) is connected to a connecting plate loading box (8) and inserted into a connecting rod (13) and a connecting rod insertion box (14), and thus the towel rack (1) is lowered and a towel becomes wet with the water in a water container (19) to be moisturized. The towel rack (1) also can be used as a clothes dryer by turning the same to the rear side, and a dry towel can be used by being hung on a hook rod (28) attached to the left side of the water container (20).
