Disclosed, in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, are a device and a method for calibrating a receiver in a monopulse radar which detects a target using a transmission/reception signal of an FMCW waveform. The method comprises: a step of authorizing an FMCW signal, in which the waveform is the same as a transmission/reception signal, to a receiver; a step of obtaining first bit signals corresponding to the FMCW signal from a first channel, a second channel, and a third channel of the receiver, separately; a step of calculating a high angle correction term and an azimuth correction term on the basis of the first bit signals; and a step of correcting a high angle and an azimuth of a target by using the high angle correction term and the azimuth correction term.
