The present invention relates to permeable paving and, more specifically, permeable paving including a rotation preventing means, which includes: a mesh net including a plurality of lattices; a stone coupled to the mesh net; and a coupling means coupling the stone to the mesh net. The mesh net is made of a flexible material, thereby being installed stably even on the uneven ground and responding to soil erosion and caving smoothly. The plurality of stones are separated from each other by a predetermined interval and have drainage functions. The coupling means includes: a fixing member penetrating the lattice and coupled to the stone; a mesh net coupled to one side of the fixing member and mounted on one side of the lattice; and a detachment preventing member preventing detachment of the mesh net and the stone.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
