The present invention relates to a digital PCR primer set for diagnosing prostate cancer, which has higher sensitivity than a real-time PCR method and can alleviate the pain of a patient, and to a use thereof. The digital PCR primer set for diagnosing a prostate cancer comprises: at least three primer sets selected from the group consisting of first, second, third, and fourth primer sets; and at least three primer sets selected from the group consisting of fifth, sixth, seventh, and eighth primer sets.
