A method for operating a security service using body information and behavior information by using a computer system having at least one user terminal, at least one security officer terminal, and a server computer connected through a network, comprises the steps of: receiving user body-specific information from the user terminal by a body-specific information input program; receiving authentication approval information from the security officer terminal by an authentication approval information input program; transmitting, to the user terminal, previously inputted or randomly selected behavior command information by a behavior command information transmission program; confirming whether the user body-specific information transmitted from the user terminal and the inputted body-specific information transmitted from the security device match by a body-specific information confirmation program; confirming whether behavior execution information transmitted from the user terminal or the security device and the behavior command information transmitted to the user terminal match by a behavior execution information confirmation program; and transmitting authentication success information to the security device or the security officer terminal by an authentication success transmission program when the inputted body-specific information and the user body-specific information match and the behavior execution information and the behavior command information match. Thus, the security can be increased.
