The present invention relates to a novel 2,3,5-substituted thiophene compound having kinase inhibitory activity, a pharmaceutical composition containing the same as an active ingredient, and a preparing method of the compound. The pharmaceutical composition comprises the novel compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. Therefore, the pharmaceutical composition is useful for treating, preventing, and alleviating cancer diseases.
