The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating atopic symptoms using a wild pear leaf extract and a method of preparing the same. According to the present invention, the method of preparing a composition for alleviating atopic symptoms using a wild pear leaf extract comprises: a first step of putting 5 kg of wild pear leaves and 50 L of purified water into an extractor, and heating the same for four hours to extract a wild pear leaf liquid; a second step of putting an extracted liquid into a concentrating and sterilizing machine, and heating the same for a predetermined time to concentrate and sterilize the same; a third step of cooling a sterilized concentrate to room temperature; and a fourth step of putting the concentrate of room temperature into a packaging machine and vacuum-packaging the same. In the first step, it is preferable to extract a liquid by adding 50 to 200 g of dried Houttuynia cordata together with the wild pear leaves. The wild pear leaf extract extracted according to the present invention has an effect of significantly alleviating symptoms of atopic diseases.
