The present invention relates to nanoparticles and a composition including the same, capable of performing gene treatment and drug treatment at the same time while being used for embolization by including nanoparticles, in which an anticancer agent is immersed in siRNA hydrogel capable of gene treatment, and embolic materials. The composition of the present invention is capable of releasing siRNA and drugs for a long period of time by having an siRNA hydrogel core in which the drugs are immersed, a chitosan intermediate layer of a cation surrounding the same, and a hyaluronic acid outer layer of an anion, thereby having excellent durability of a medicinal effect. The composition for hepatic artery embolization including nanoparticles of the present invention is capable of efficiently inhibiting expression of a target gene while performing embolization and drug treatment, thereby improving an anticancer treatment effect. The nanoparticles of the present invention are effectively transferred into cells through a CD44 receptor expressed in liver cancer cells by being coated with hyaluronic acid having a negative charge, thereby maximizing effects of gene treatment and anticancer treatment.
