According to the present invention, an IoT-based integrated work safety management system includes: a plurality of beacons installed on a site; a mobile terminal provided to a worker; and a control server storing work information including a worker, a manager, work content and work place information and transmitting the work information of the corresponding worker to the mobile terminal. In this case, the mobile terminal includes: a DB part storing the work information transmitted from the control server; a position information generating part generating current position information using a plurality of beacon signals; a control part activating a work start button which is a user input interface only when the current position information is matched with the work place information included in the work information; and a transmitting part transmitting work start information to the control server when the work start button is selected. Thus, the present invention is capable of more effectively preventing accidents.
