The present invention relates to a method for estimating the hydrothermal temperature of a concrete structure damaged by fire, which uses the characteristics of titanium which undergoes a color change in accordance with temperature to measure the hydrothermal temperature for each portion and depth of a concrete structure to estimate the damage level of the concrete structure and determine which portion requires repair and reinforcement. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a reference graph representing a chromatic characteristic of a titanium piece for each heating temperature as an RGB/HSB color coordinate value; (b) burying the titanium piece from the outer surface of a wall of a concrete structure for each depth; (c) collecting the titanium piece from the concrete structure damaged by fire to generate a surface image of the titanium piece; (d) quantitatively classifying the color of the image and deriving an RGB/HSB color coordinate value; and (e) comparing the color of the image and the RGB/HSB color coordinate value with the reference graph to estimate the hydrothermal temperature of a concrete structure.
