The present invention relates to a method for preparing mixed grain powder using a Tenebrio molitor larva, which comprises the steps of: boiling a Tenebrio molitor larva; roasting the boiled Tenebrio molitor larva at 40 to 50° C for 5 to 20 minutes; milling the roasted Tenebrio molitor larva; and mixing the milled Tenebrio molitor larva with food raw material powder. According to the present invention, mixed grain powder having well-balanced nutrition such as protein, fat, minerals, and etc., and having excellent functions such as antioxidant activity, can be prepared by applying an edible insect to the mixed grain powder. Also, a taste problem which is a disadvantage of food using edible insects can be remarkably solved. In addition, the mixed grain powder of the present invention can assist to solve a nutritional imbalance of modern people, and is expected to contribute to solving a food problem which may occur in the future in an aspect of providing a method for utilizing a new food.
