The present invention relates to a 3D food printer for producing food using cream as a main ingredient, and a 3D food printing method. More specifically, the 3D food printer for producing food using cream as a main ingredient includes: an ingredient storing unit which stores raw materials of food including cream; a raw material processing means which is included in the ingredient storing unit and processes the raw materials of food stored in the ingredient storing unit into food ingredients; a temperature controlling unit which is included in the ingredient storing unit and controls the temperature of the raw materials of food; a main body frame which is connected to one side of the ingredient storing unit; a fixing means which is included in a lower end of the main body frame and fixates a container; a 3D printing means which stereoscopically prints the food ingredients in the fixated container; an ingredient supply tube which is included between the 3D printing means and the ingredient storing unit and supplies the food ingredients stored in the ingredient storing unit to the 3D printing means; a position moving means which moves the 3D printing means in X, Y, and Z axes; an image converting unit which converts an image to print into a 3D image; and a control unit which receives data of the image converting unit and prints out the 3D image into the container by controlling the position moving means and the 3D printing means.
