The preset invention relates to a system for constructing a user-participated geographic information system (GIS) based on a block chain which comprises: a block chain node for storing and managing data related to a post posted in a platform based on a block chain in a block chain form; and a GIS constructing server for constructing a GIS by interworking with the platform based on the block chain. The GIS constructing server includes: a post data receiving unit for receiving data related to the post including geographic information from the platform based on the block chain; a handling unit for performing data handling on the data related to the post; and a display unit for extracting at least one object to be displayed from the handled data and displaying the object to be displayed on a map.
