The present invention relates to a method of identifying a subject with poziotinib-sensitive cancer, a method of treating the poziotinib-sensitive cancer in the subject, a pharmaceutical composition for treating the cancer of the subject, and a use thereof. The present invention provides a biomarker which shows, in cancer, sensitivity or resistance to treatment with poziotinib; and a method of using the same. According to the method of identifying the subject with poziotinib-sensitive cancer according to an embodiment, the subject with poziotinib-sensitive cancer may be efficiently identified.
