The present invention relates to a rice cooker which can automatically wash and cook rice and can automatically regulate the amount of rice in a ubiquitous manner for washing and cooking the rice when the rice is always stored in a rice storage tank. The rice cooker comprises a rice storage tank, a rice washing unit, and an automatic pressure rice cooker. A handle on the rice storage tank is to put rice such that, when a button on the rice storage tank is pressed, the corresponding amount of rice falls down to the washing unit and is washed. Upon completion of the washing in the washing unit, the washed rice falls down to the rice cooker. While the rice moves along the washing unit, a rice cooker unit of a main body unit, which is connected to an automatic electric pressure rice cooker connection path blocking device made of a rubber material for blocking the bottom part of the washing unit, is separated.
