According to the present invention, disclosed is a method for electrochemically measuring concentration of a target substance in a sample by using an electrochemical sensor for self-diagnosis in a field, wherein the sensor includes an enzyme fixed on a surface of an active electrode. The method comprises the following steps of: immersing the active electrode in the sample; applying oxidation-reduction constant voltage to the immersed active electrode; and calculating concentration of the target substance in the sample from an electron charge value measured in response to the voltage.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
