The present invention relates to a smartphone application method for self-management of a chronic skin disease. According to the present invention, the smartphone application method for self-management of a chronic skin disease can reduce a recovery period or can effectively prevent a symptom of a skin disease patient by finding an effective self-management method for a user who is the chronic skin disease patient. According to the present invention, the smartphone application method for self-management of a chronic skin disease includes: a step in which a service server provides various self-management items related to the skin disease to a screen and sets the individual self-management item; a step in which the service server displays a main memo input unit on the screen and inputs memo content by shortening the memo content to one time; a step in which the service server generates a user individual daily chart input unit based on the individual self-management item; a step in which the service server displays recorded self-management information on a daily chart; a step in which the service server summarizes and displays the daily chart content using color and an icon; and a step in which the service server analyzes the daily chart content and displays monthly statistics by a number.
