The present invention relates to an automatic drug injection device for implementing desensitization therapy. More specifically, the automatic drug injection device for implementing desensitization therapy can automatically carry out the desensitization therapy, which can prevent acute drug hypersensitivity reactions when injecting a drug solution by administering the drug solution by slowly increasing the dose from an extremely small dose. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the automatic drug injection device comprises: a drug injection pump configured to store a drug solution to be injected into a patient and to inject the stored drug solution into the patient when operating; a diluent solution injection pump configured to store a diluent solution to be injected into the patient and to inject the stored diluent solution into the patient when operating; an input unit to which a value required for carrying out desensitization therapy is inputted; and a control unit configured to generate a program for implementing the desensitization therapy when the required value is inputted through the input unit, and to control operations of the drug solution injection pump and the diluent solution injection pump so as to have the drug solution and the diluent solution injected into the patient in accordance with the generated program.
