An oscillation frequency of each of a plurality of laser diodes included in a wireless signal generating apparatus may be spaced apart by a carrier frequency of a wireless signal. An RF signal including a baseband signal to be included in a wireless signal can be simultaneously input to the plurality of laser diodes. The wireless signal generating apparatus can generate, by using a photo mixer, a wireless signal having a difference between oscillation frequencies of the plurality of laser diodes as a carrier frequency. Since the RF signal is simultaneously input to the plurality of laser diodes, the degree of change of the oscillation frequency of each of the plurality of laser diodes due to a chipping phenomenon may be the same. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the chirping phenomenon generated in the plurality of laser diodes from affecting the carrier frequency.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
