Provided are a system for sharing and utilizing IoT data between heterogeneous companies using WoT of a cloud PaaS platform, and a method for the same. According to the present invention, an IoT data providing apparatus sets a price first for use of IoT data collected thereby, and an IoT data sharing server which has received shared data from the IoT data providing apparatus and stored the same measures usage whenever a shared data using apparatus accesses and uses shared IoT data stored, and performs charging, such that proper compensation can be performed by an IoT data providing apparatus, thereby inducing the IoT data providing apparatus to produce and share more IoT data. In addition, an IoT data sharing server updates the market price according to the usage of IoT data for each data type in real time or a short period of time, and provides the updated price to the IoT data providing apparatus, and thus the IoT data providing apparatus lowers the price to provide an opportunity of selling more IoT data, and the IoT data using apparatus is able to use more IoT data as the price of the IoT data is lowered, thereby providing more diverse services to the general public.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
