The present invention relates to a three-dimensional (3D) thermal distribution display device using a stereo camera and a thermal image camera, which can display 3D thermal image distribution by matching images photographed by a stereo camera including two color cameras and a thermal image camera. According to the present invention, the 3D thermal distribution display device is to display 3D thermal image distribution of an object to be photographed. The 3D thermal distribution display device comprises: a camera unit (100) including a stereo camera (110) equipped with two color cameras (111, 112) for separately photographing a real image of an object and a thermal image camera (120) for photographing a thermal image of the object; and a 3D thermal distribution indicator (200) including a depth image generating unit (230) for generating a depth image by matching the real image photographed by the color cameras (111, 112), a 3D thermal image generating unit (240) for generating a 3D thermal image in which a thermal image is displayed on the depth image by matching the depth image generated by the depth image generating unit (230) and the thermal image photographed by the thermal image camera (120), and a 3D thermal distribution display unit (250) for displaying the 3D thermal image generated by the 3D thermal image generating unit (240) to a display unit (260). Accordingly, the 3D thermal image is rapidly and accurately generated to be displayed.
