According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for predicting a nutrient change by an artificial intelligence cloud comprises: a first step where a cloud server provides menus for an individual in a set number of types to receive blood sugar information after a set time from a food consumption time; a second step of extracting blood sugar change number importance for each food nutrient component in the set number of types of menus in accordance with the inputted blood sugar information; a third step of classifying a cluster model corresponding to the extracted blood sugar change number importance among a plurality of cluster models clustering groups for importance of a plurality of different food components in accordance with the extracted blood sugar change number importance to configure the cluster model; and a fourth step of predicting a blood sugar change number in response to a food nutrient component in food during consumption when the individual consumes food based on the configured cluster model. A nutrient change in accordance with food after a meal is learned to detect a blood composition change such as blood sugar for each nutrient component such as sugar, amino acid or the like to diagnose related diseases.
