According to the present invention, a multistep DCT for hybrid vehicles includes: a first input shaft selectively connected with an engine through a first clutch which is a medium, and to which odd-step driving gears are connected and fixed; a second input shaft selectively connected with the engine through the first input shaft which is a concentric axis and a second clutch which is a medium, and to which even-step driving gears are connected and fixed; first and second output shafts placed in parallel with the first and second input shafts, and including odd-step and even-step driven gears geared to the odd-step and even-step driving gears to be freely rotated; and a motor shaft placed in parallel with the first and second output shafts, connected to a motor, and including first and second delivery gears placed to be freely rotated, and to which first and second one-way clutches are connected and fixed to deliver power to the first and second delivery gears only when rotated in a specific rotation direction. Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing the whole length of a transmission by enabling EV mode driving without an extra engine clutch.
