The present invention relates to a mouthpiece for cleaning an oral cavity and an oral cavity cleaning device including the same and, more specifically, to a mouthpiece for cleaning an oral cavity, which injects inflow high pressure cleaning water at ultrahigh speed with additional microbubbles due to an inner structure of the mouthpieces for cleaning an oral cavity when the high pressure cleaning water applying a pulse generated from a pulse generator inputted from the outside flows in the mouthpiece for cleaning an oral cavity so as to remove germs such as bacteria, plaque and the like, in addition to cleaning of teeth of a user using the same, and an oral cavity cleaning apparatus including the same. The mouthpiece for cleaning an oral cavity and an oral cavity cleaning apparatus including the same are effective in oral hygiene management for persons, such as a seriously disabled person, old and weak persons, and the like, who cannot gargle by him/herself, and, more specifically, the cleaning water injected from the mouthpiece for cleaning an oral cavity is ultrahigh pressure cleaning water including microbubbles, thereby providing strong oral cleaning efficiency. Moreover, when a vibrational source is included, the oral cleaning efficiency can be doubled. When a biosensing unit is included, oral cleaning suitable for a user can be automatically performed in consideration of the environment and a pollution level in the oral cavity, and the like. In addition, the apparatus is manufactured in an injection molding method, thereby being able to maintain excellent durability for a long period even if high pressure cleaning water is used. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises a tooth mounting unit and a cleaning water supply unit.
