The present invention relates to a surface layer separation structure of a dual film cover consisting of an interlayer separation film and a manufacturing method thereof. A blocking film and a permeating film are combined to firstly form an interlayer separation film. Then, a magnetic knife line for arranging a handle for separating the blocking film from the permeating film of the interlayer separation film when in use is formed. Then, while the permeating film on the outer side of the magnetic knife line is separated, the interlayer separation film is fused to an inlet of a container injected with an air freshener component or the like to be sealed. While the permeating film on the outer side of the magnetic knife line is separated and removed from the interlayer separation film fused to the container, the interlayer separation film is fused to the container to prevent the magnetic knife line of the permeating film from coming in contact with the blocking film even if the magnetic knife line of the permeating film is not fused to an accurate point of the container when fusing the interlayer separation film and slightly pushed into or out of the container to be fused by an error to easily separate the blocking film from the permeating film when in use.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
