The present invention relates to an abalone and sea cucumber farm for simultaneously cultivating an abalone or sea cucumber by an onshore water tank, which comprises: an onshore water tank (100); an independent fish cage (200) disposed in the onshore water tank (100) at a predetermined interval to provide a cultivation space of an abalone; a mesh fabric (300) for covering the outside of the independent fish cage (200) to absorb nutrients required for cultivating a sea cucumber; a solar panel (400) disposed on an upper portion of the onshore water tank (100) to provide a shade required for cultivating the sea cucumber, and producing electrical energy; and a drainage mechanism formed on the onshore water tank (100) to have an inclined surface (170) for inducing the flow of seawater. According to the present invention, various energy sources required for an operation of the onshore water tank is self-generated to save operation costs, and pollutants in the onshore water tank are integrated and discharged to save maintenance costs of the onshore water tank.
