The present invention relates to an eco-friendly organism agricultural pesticide composition containing nucleopolyhedrovirus for controlling a chilli tobacco budworm as an active ingredient, and a preparing method thereof. The preparing method of the present invention comprises the steps of: infecting a chilli tobacco budworm larva with nucleopolyhedrovirus; mass-producing the infected larva; crushing the mass-produced larva, and centrifuging the crushed larva; separating and recovering the nucleopolyhedrovirus; and formulating the recovered nucleopolyhedrovirus.
