The present invention relates to a human body model and a virtual simulator for cloud-based learner-centered acupuncture training and assessment, wherein the present invention comprises: the human body model; and a simulator server in which an acupuncture training tool comprising a displacement sensing sensor and 3D human body modeling information corresponding to the human body model are stored, a detection value of the displacement sensing sensor is input when performing acupuncture training to the human body by the acupuncture training tool to store and manage information about acupuncture training for outputting a result through a display.
