An integrated chassis control method adapted to a mountain road is applied to a vehicle (1), performs mountain road integrated chassis control when a curved mountain road is checked by at least one among a navigation (7), a camera (8), and a vehicle sensor (9), and is divided into uphill integrated chassis control for performing oversteer compensation control by an increase in rear wheel damping force of a rear wheel suspension (3-2) performing the mountain road integrated chassis control and an increase in rear wheel drive force of rear wheels (2-2), and downhill integrated chassis control for performing understeer compensation control by an increase in front wheel damping force of a front wheel suspension (3-1) and an increase in front wheel drive force of front wheels (2-1) to improve turning stability and handling performance by integrated ECS/AWD control considering a load change of the vehicle (1) in a severe winding road driving condition of a curved mountain road.
