Disclosed are a system for automatically generating a business vehicle operation log and a method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the system for automatically generating a business vehicle operation log comprises: a vehicle terminal obtaining vehicle operation state information including location information of a vehicle designated for business and operation records of a gauge; a management device receiving and registering vehicle basic information, obtaining the vehicle operation state information from the vehicle terminal, connecting the obtained vehicle operation state information and the registered basic information, and automatically generating an operation log including a usage distance for business and a usage ratio for business; and a mobile terminal receiving and storing the vehicle operation state information from the vehicle terminal and connected to the management device when entering a predetermined wireless zone to transmit the vehicle operation state information of the vehicle terminal to the management device through wireless communication.
