The present invention relates to a composition for improving an immune function containing a herbal complex extract. More specifically, the present invention relates to the composition for improving the immune function containing a complex extract of Cornus officinalis, Eriobotrya japonica, and olive leaves as an active component. According to the present invention, the complex extract increases the expression amount of iNOS and COX2, increases NK cell activity and a weight of liver, spleen, and thymus tissue, restroes damaged spleen tissue in immunocompromised animal model, and also increases levels of TNF-α, IFN-γ, and IL-2 in blood. Therefore, the composition according to the present invention can exhibit an effect of improving the immune function through the regulation of cytokines such as TNF-α, IFN-γ, and IL-2.
