The present invention relates to a light emission diode satisfying a McCree curve spectrum characteristic. The light emission diode includes: a light emission diode chip including a light emission peak having a wavelength range of 350-410 nm; and a light emission part installed on the light emission diode chip to be excited by light emitted from the light emission diode chip, and including a light emission part including the following five fluorescent substances dispersed in silicon resin. The fluorescent substances comprise: a first fluorescent substance able to be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410 nm, and having a main light emission peak of which the peak wavelength is 450-470 nm; a second fluorescent substance able to be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410 nm, and having a main light emission peak of which the peak wavelength is 510-550 nm; a third fluorescent substance able to be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410 nm, and having a main light emission peak of which the peak wavelength is 630-660 nm; a fourth fluorescent substance able to be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410 nm, and having a main light emission peak of which the peak wavelength is 550-590 nm; and a fifth fluorescent substance able to be excited in a wavelength range of 350-410 nm, and having the main light emission peak of which the peak wavelength is 660-730 nm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
